Most of our site involves the viewing of materials we've prepared and made accessible to everyone, so there's no need for these pages to be "secure". The portion of the site we've made secure is, not surprisingly, the checkout area. This is where you actually purchase the items you've put into your Shopping Basket and enter your credit card and shipping information.

Our accepted methods of payment are American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Shipping your order

We ship orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday (except holidays and weekends). You may choose a shipping method that meets your needs. If one is not chosen, we will ship your order by US Standard. International orders that do not choose proper method won't be available for processing until further approval of additional funds, which will delay shipment.

Basic Shipping Rates

USA Orders:
US Standard (5-7 days) $4.95 for first item, add $1 for each additional item.
US Priority (3-5 days) $5.95 for the first item add $2 for each additional item
US Expedited (1-2 days) $21.95 for first item, add $4 for each additional item.

International Orders:
International Standard (4-7 days) $12.95 for first item, add $5 for each additional item.
International Expedited (3-5 days) $24.95 for first item, add $5 for each additional item

Return Policy

Returning to www.stopteendrugaddiction.com:

We'll refund your online purchase if you:

• Return new books in their original condition.
• Include your packing slip and completed returns form.
• Return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.

How to Use the Shopping Cart

Click on button to add items to the cart. At any time, you can check on what you've put in your cart or finish your order by clicking on the button. You can also edit your order in this screen by adding or removing items. Please click on the button, if you make any changes.
When you are finished reviewing your cart, select the button.
You have a choice of creating an Account (or login in to an existing account) or placing order without account (no information is retained). You will be prompted to enter your personal information, shipping and billing address (if different from your credit card billing address).
You will then be asked for your shipping info. and credit card number. This may take a moment as the information is being encrypted.
After submitting your order you will receive a confirmation and an email that your order was submitted succesfully.
You will also receive an email with tracking information after your order is shipped.
